As I above said, there are various methods and you can take a screenshot quickly by applying these methods. In last I will let you know about some third-party apps also. So that if you want to know about them, you can scroll through them also. So let’s start.
1- Snipping Tool Method
This is one of the best methods to take a screenshot on Windows. This is an inbuilt feature in the system and no need to install other software to operate this tool. To start with it, first of all, type “Snipping Tool” in your search bar on the bottom right side of your computer.
And then the option of the Snipping tool will appear, you just need to click on it. After clicking on it, a small popup window will appear on the screen. Now click on the New and your window will become dim.
After it selects the area that you want to take a screenshot. You can select any area of your screen, like full screen, active screen, or any particular portion of your screen. When you will select the area, your screenshot will be done automatically. Now you can save it on your computer in a folder.
This is a very easy method and you have the flexibility to take a screenshot of any portion of your screen. Even if you want to capture only a few centimeters of your screen, you can do it without any problem.
If you think you may need this tool multiple times then no need to search for it again. Instead, you can create a shortcut for it on your computer. So whenever, you need it, you can open it directly.
2- Windows Key+PrtSc Method

After it, your entire screen will be copied to your clipboard. But to save this file, you need to open another program like Paint or Microsoft word and paste it. After pasting the screenshot, you can save the file.
