Now, you need to enter your registered mobile number and click on GET OTP. Now you will receive an OTP on the number you entered.
After it, you need to enter OTP received by you and click on Verify & Proceed. After you will be redirected to the page where your vaccination details would be mentioned.
Now you just click on Raise an Issue which is available right above of your vaccination details. Now you will have multiple options. These options would be like:
- Correction in my Certificate regarding Name/Age/Gender/Photo ID
- Merge Two Dose #1 Certificate
- Add Passport details to my vaccination certificate
- Report unknown member registered with my CoWIN account
- Transfer a member to new mobile number
- Regenerate your final certificate
