After it, you will have an Add filter view page where you need to fill in the filter information. On this page, you need to fill/Select the following options:
- Filter Name – Write a filter name of your choice.
- Filter Type – Keep it as Predefined.
- Select Filter Type – Select it as Exclude.
- Select Source or Destination – Set as Traffic from the IP addresses.
- Select Expression – Set as that is equal to.
If you don’t know your IP address. You just search on Google “What is my IP Address”. Your IP address will be displayed on the Google search result page.
After filling in all the information, you click on the Save button.

After this process, your filter will be created and you will have the page above on your screen. Whenever you do this to filter internal traffic in Google Analytics, never forget to test it.
